Timothy K. Mahoney

Timothy K. Mahoney has practiced law for 32 years. He founded McNamee & Mahoney, Ltd. in 1982 with his friend and law partner, Timothy R. McNamee, in Carpentersville, Illinois. Specializing in criminal law, family law, and personal injury, they handled hundreds of cases together. After Mr. McNamee's death in 1987, Mr. Mahoney expanded the law practice to include civil litigation. He also acted as a Guardian Ad Litem for 10 years, specializing in contested custody cases. Mr. Mahoney has tried hundreds of civil and criminal cases at jury and bench trials, including charges ranging from speeding to murder and from divorce to landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Mahoney's experience and tenacity make him a formidable force in the courtroom and beyond.

Laurel Bradley

Laurel Bradley joined McNamee & Mahoney, Ltd. in 1986 as a law clerk and concentrates her practice in criminal and civil law. Ms. Bradley is available for consultation in the specialized area of equine law and has personal experience in this area as the owner/operator of an equine training and boarding establishment. She has presented at the Northern Illinois Horse Fest, the Illinois Horse Fest, and the Wisconsin Horse Council Horse Judging Seminar. Ms. Bradley has worked as a teacher and also has specialized knowledge of juvenile school law.

William A. Feda

William A. Feda has practiced law for 38 years, concentrating his practice in the areas of criminal and civil litigation. Mr. Feda has tried numerous criminal and civil jury and bench trials.
